Questions About the Jasper In January Weekender?

We have answers. If you don’t see your question below, reach out to us, we will be happy to assist.

Weekenders sell out, so it’s best to book at least 30+ days in advance. Our prices are set fairly from the start — no last-minute discounts, so there’s no unfair benefit to waiting!

If a Weekender is sold out, you can ask to be put on a waitlist. In case any spots open up, we will give you a call.

Cancellation and refund terms differ a bit between each weekender destination so you will have to check the specific terms on the trip page. We also offer cancellation insurance if you anticipate needing to cancel last minute or just want full peace of mind.

Each rate includes the full package: round-trip transportation, hotel stay, lift tickets, and all inclusions listed above.

All rates are per person and based on the number of paying adults sharing a room:

  • Single = 1 adult per room
  • Double = 2 adults
  • Triple = 3 adults
  • Quad = 4 adults
  • Quint = 5 adults

Guests under 18 (Youth, Junior, or Child) do not count toward room occupancy. For example, a room with 2 adults and 1 child is still considered a double room.

Price per person generally decreases as more adults share a room. However, depending on the hotel, the room type may change to accommodate larger group sizes (such as a two-bedroom suite), which can affect the total cost. These upgrades offer more space and comfort, but may reduce the rate drop compared to smaller groups.

No, hotel rooms are private to you and your group. We do not arrange for shared rooms between guests of different parties.
