We're Here to Excite and Inspire Your Adventurous Spirit!
Tour Directors are crucial to the success of MagicBus Tours and Live It Up Lifestyle Adventures, being the vital connection between travelers and an unforgettable journey. They ensure safety, comfort, and enrich the travel experience with their multi-faceted role – managing logistics, solving challenges, offering insights, and fostering group camaraderie. Your efforts are truly appreciated!
Tour Director Leads
The Tour Director Leads are the dynamic duo behind the scenes, responsible for orchestrating the harmony of our team of Tour Directors. They ensure that everyone is well-prepared, adequately trained, and equipped to deliver top-notch experiences to our guests. They take charge of scheduling directors on ski tours, group trips, supporting live promotional events, and ensuring perks find their way to our dedicated team. If you have any questions or need assistance with your schedule, don’t hesitate to reach out to them at TourDirector@magicbus.ca.

Meet Cam
Born and raised in Edmonton, Cam spends his spare time skiing, mountain biking, and hanging out with his dog. He has explored destinations in Alberta, as well as in BC and Alaska, always on the lookout for more places to discover and enjoy with friends, both old and new. Cam has decided to take on this role to contribute to maintaining MagicBus as the best tour provider around!

Meet Jeff
Jeff has been teaching with Edmonton Public Schools for nearly 30 years. As a lead for his schools’ ski and snowboard clubs, he’s taken over 1,000 students on weekend trips to the Rockies. When he’s not on the slopes, Jeff plays and coaches hockey (NCHL Learn to Play) and stays active in the summer with hiking, kayaking, biking, and building decks. His passion for creating fun, memorable experiences is what led him to co-lead as a Tour Director with Cam.
Current & Upcoming Schedules
Seasonal Reminders
We deeply appreciate your hard work and dedication. Just a friendly reminder of a few areas that need attention:
- Ensure passengers without lift tickets are checked properly.
- Boarding now takes place at the north entrance.
- Remember to collect and save park receipts.
- Bag pick-ups are available after 8 pm to allow sufficient time for preparation due to high booking demands after 5-6 pm. Call the office for the day prior to arrive a time for all LIU tours.
- Include any walk-ins or last-minute bookings in the manifest and post-tour form.
- Document all trip details, including injuries and no-shows, in the post-tour form. For no-shows, specify the passenger’s first and last name.
- Use emergency tickets only for extra passengers. Fill out the form on the envelope with the passenger’s name, category (adult, youth, etc.), and the reason for its use.
- Please wear the appropriate name badges for the company you are representing. If you have branded MBT or LIU clothing, wear it proudly!
Thank you for your attention to these matters. Your cooperation ensures smooth operations for everyone.
