Please note that all sales are final, with no refunds or returns. If a student or school has to cancel their trip, proceeds will be allocated to a school field trip at a later date. All items are expected to be free of defects, and any imperfections should be addressed directly with the supplier. Full payment is required at the time of order, and no orders will be processed without it. Delivery is available for schools within a 50km radius of Edmonton. All other orders will be available for pickup. Expected delivery to the school is within the first two weeks of December, though delays may occur due to product availability or supplier constraints, and updates will be provided as needed. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review their order for accuracy prior to submission, as changes may not be possible once the order is placed. Products are subject to availability, and if an item is out of stock, customers will be notified and offered either a replacement product or a credit for future use. The school and its fundraising partners are not liable for product issues beyond coordinating with the supplier in the event of defects. Purchasers’ personal information will be used solely for processing the order and will not be shared or sold to third parties, in compliance with privacy laws. Any applicable taxes and fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added at checkout.
