Original entry forms will be accepted only – no copies. Official entry forms and QR Code will be available to all MagicBus Tours/Live It Up Lifestyle Adventures customers and patrons online during the contest period and will be available on magicbus.ca.

By entering, contestants agree to joining the e-mail list of MagicBus Tours Ltd and Live It Up Lifestyle Adventures Ltd. Also, the use of their names, and e-mail address without compensation, in print, radio or televised publicity relating to the contest.
All entries become the property of MagicBus Tours Ltd and Live It Up Lifestyle Adventures Ltd and their sponsors which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by MagicBus Tours Ltd or Live It Up Lifestyle Adventures Ltd. on account of technical problems.

Winner will be contacted via phone or e-mail and will have one week to claim prize. If winner does not claim prize within one week, the prize is forfeited, and a new winner will be contacted.
Prize must be accepted as awarded and are transferable, but not convertible to cash. Value of passes can be used towards overnight trips on the MagicBus.
