No matter if it’s your 25th wedding anniversary, stag or stagette, birthday celebration or just a way to get your people together, we have your winter escape in mind. For groups of 40+, we can arrange a private, luxury motor coach to whisk you and your group to the ski resort of your choice, around your schedule and budget. Take off for the day or the weekend, and stay at hotels with all of the amenities of home. We’re here to help you plan it all. Even if some of your team doesn’t currently ski or snowboard, we have many other activity options for them to participate in.

Small Groups
Seat Reservations
MagicBus can reserve seats based on availability for groups interested in taking our Daybus. We can reserve seats for groups of 5 or more persons, depending on your date. You must contact the office to request seats be placed on hold.
Groups of 5-15 people – MagicBus will hold seats up to 7 days prior to departure on Fridays or Sundays and 10 days prior to departure on Saturdays. Release date will be the following business day after the cut off.
Groups of 15-40 people – MagicBus will hold seats up to 14 days prior to departure on Fridays or Sundays and 20 days prior to departure on Saturdays. Release date will be the following business day after the cut off.
If you are looking to do an overnight group booking taking our Daybus, please contact the office to confirm details about availability, seat hold and release dates.
Small Group Incentives

10 or so people:
- 50% off your seat as the organizer on your group trip*
- Reserved spots for your MagicBus Daytrip, overnight trip, or Weekender.
*Upon meeting 10 paid passenger minimum.
20 or so people:
- FREE seat on your group trip as the organizer*
- Reserved spots for your MagicBus Daytrip, overnight trip, or Weekender.
- A custom webpage for your individuals to make their bookings and payments along with obtaining all information about your trip.
