MagicBus Tours prides itself on being Edmonton’s regular scheduled service to Marmot Basin, heading out every single weekend this winter! Go for a day or spend a night or two with our partners in the cozy mountain town of Jasper. Want to visit someplace new? Join our Weekenders to ride some of western Canada’s best resorts. Trips to Jasper are direct with a stop in Hinton, while others into B.C. make a stop for pick up in Calgary.

Our family friendly services caters to all ages and levels of riders!
Pack your bags and jump onboard to our motor coach to be whisked away to the Jasper National Park for first tracks at Marmot Basin. When you get off the warm bus, you’ll have your lift ticket in hand and will gear up steps away from the lower chalet. The bus loads at 4pm and departs at 4:30pm back to Edmonton.
Relax and enjoy movies as our driver takes you home on the winter roads.

One day is never enough, so why not spend the weekend in the picturesque Canadian Rockies!
MagicBus Weekenders are featured annual trips where we hit destinations beyond Jasper. We plan them around eventful weekends or simply the best snow conditions. Weekenders depart on Friday afternoons so you don’t have to wake up as early to head to the mountains. They are at least 2 nights and 2 days on the slopes, sometimes more! Visit exciting destinations, create exciting memories on relaxing tours to the rocky mountains.
What's Included?
Lift Tickets
Our rates include a lift ticket for the day, or more if you choose to stay overnight. No more ticket line-ups, so you’re on the mountain shredding faster.
Transportation
The MagicBus is a 56 passenger luxury motor coach. It’s family friendly (non-drinking, non-smoking), washroom equipped, and hosted by a MagicBus Tour Director.
Taxes & Fees
MagicBus rates include National Park fees when applicable and are always tax in. The price shown is exactly what you pay; there’s no rate increase at the end of your booking.
Hotel (For Weekenders)
If you choose a Weekender, your accommodations will also be included in your price! You don’t have to worry about finding availability or sorting all the additional hotel costs.
BOARDING PASSES
WCB and MagicBus are offering you incredible savings on day trips to Marmot Basin all winter long! Adults save $50, while youth, junior, child passengers save $30. Deal ends February 20, 2025
WEEKENDER SAVINGS
Adults get a 10% discount on single or double occupancy on two of our Weekender trips! Escape to Marmot Basin Jan 31- Feb 2, or to Kicking Horse in Golden, BC this Feb 21-23 for a weekend on the slopes. Deal ends December 15, 2024.

Most Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
Our buses do sell out frequently (especially Saturdays) so you should book as soon as possible. Generally, for daytrips if you book 4 days in advance you should get a spot, and for Weekenders you want to book at least 5 weeks or more in advance. Weekender bookings close 30 days prior to departure.
How do I get my deal?
You can get your boarding passes codes directly to your WCB inbox by purchasing the packages above. Once received, enter the code online when you’re ready to book your experience. To redeem your Weekender discount, click book now to select your trip. Call us at 1-800-814-4886 for questions.
How old do you need to be to ride?
MagicBus accepts riders of all ages and is a family friendly bus hosted by Tour Directors. Riders that are 13 years and older can ride without a parent or guardian onboard the daybus. A waiver will need to be signed for all minors. Weekenders require at least one adult (18 years or older) in the room.
Where do I leave my vehicle during my trip?
In Edmonton, free parking is available right where the bus departs from (the Edmonton Inn on Kingsway). In Calgary, we pick up at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Suites (8220 Bowridge Crescent NW) for the Kicking Horse Weekender. Please make sure your vehicle is locked up with no valuables inside. MagicBus Tours is not responsible for stolen/damaged items.
