Have Questions About Weekenders?
We have answers. If you don’t see your questions below, reach out to us, we will be happy to assist.
What are Weekenders?
A Weekender is a fully planned, all-inclusive ski getaway that takes the work out of heading to the mountains. Your package includes round-trip transportation, accommodations, and lift tickets — everything you need for a seamless weekend on the slopes.
Departing Friday afternoons from Edmonton, you’ll arrive ready to ski Saturday morning and return home Sunday evening, rested and refreshed. Each trip is hosted by a friendly Tour Director and features on-board catering from Italian Bakery for a comfortable, social ride.
It’s the easiest way to enjoy a stress-free mountain weekend — no planning, no logistics, just great company, fresh snow, and everything taken care of for you.
Where do Weekenders go?
Weekenders go to incredible ski destinations across Western Canada. They are chosen chosen to align with the best snow and most exciting events. We continually add new Weekenders so check back each season.
Where do they depart from?
Buses depart from Edmonton (Edmonton Inn, 11834 Kingsway Ave) on Friday afternoons — so you can skip the early-morning start and roll straight into the weekend.
When should I book?
Weekenders sell out, so it’s best to book at least 30 days in advance. Our prices are set fairly from the start — no last-minute discounts, so there’s no unfair benefit to waiting!
If a Weekender is sold out, you can ask to be put on a waitlist. In case any spots open up, we will give you a call.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms differ a bit between each weekender destination so you will have to check the specific terms on the trip page. However, generally with enough notice, we can provide a full refund. We also offer cancellation insurance if you anticipate needing to cancel last minute or just want full peace of mind.
What's included and not included?
Each Weekender generally includes lift tickets, accommodations, round trip transportation, taxes and fees. Each weekender might have slightly different inclusions and offerings so it’s best to check the trip page for full details.
Things that are generally not included are rentals and lessons, although these can be arranged for an additional cost. Meals are not included.
Are hotel rooms shared?
No, hotel rooms are private to you and your group. We do not arrange for shared rooms between guests of different parties.
